How do I add new students?To add an individual student, head to the HPO coach’s portal (app.healthyplayerone.com), navigate to the people tab and select the “Students” tab from the drop-down menu. In the top right corner, select the “Create” button. Fill out the proper information. Press save.

How do I report a cyberbullying incident?Make sure the HealthyPlayerOne service is running with a game session in progress, press the hotkey (CTRL + F1 by default) and listen for the audio cue. You should receive an email confirming the recording of your incident shortly after.

How do I view a specific student’s details?In the HPO coach’s portal (app.healthyplayerone.com), navigate to the people tab and select the “Students” tab from the drop-down menu. You will see a list of all students in the organization with the option to search for specific students by selecting the magnifying glass icon below the “Create” button.

How do I add a faculty member?To add a faculty member, head to the HPO coach’s portal (app.healthyplayerone.com), navigate to the people tab and select the “Faculty” tab from the drop-down menu. In the top right corner, select the “Create” button. Fill out the proper information. Press save.

How do I add a new group?To add a new group, head to the groups tab. Click on “Create” in the top right corner. Fill out the required information. Press save.

How do I change my team's timer settings?To change a team or group’s timer settings, head to the groups tab. Select or search for the group you want to change the timer settings for. Click on the team name to edit. Here you can edit “Max Daily Play”, “Max Play Between Breaks”, and “Min Break”.

How do I view incident reports?To view incident reports, you can head to several places. You can view reports from all of your groups in the alerts feed on the homepage. You can view specific students reports by searching their name in the "Students" tab.

How do I edit the length of incident report recordings?To change a team or group’s length of incident report recordings, head to the groups tab. Select or search for the group you want to change the timer settings for. Click on the team name to edit. Here you can edit “Recording after incident” and “Recording before incident”.

Where are incident recordings stored after they are reported?The incident recording are stored locally until they are either: uploaded to Amazon S3 with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2 encryption in transit or automatically deleted after the user's group recording perameter settings have elapsed.
